Neurodiversity at Work
Building Inclusive, High-Performing Teams

What if inclusion became your team’s greatest advantage? Discover how psychology and leadership expertise combine in our Neurodiversity at Work program.

About the Program

How can organizations truly unlock the potential of neurodiverse talent? This workshop explores that question through a unique blend of evidence-based psychology and practical leadership and HR expertise.

Delivered in collaboration with Jacqueline Lawson, an HCPC-UK registered Counselling Psychologist, and Joseph Abourous, an expert in leadership and organizational culture alignment, the program bridges the gap between understanding the lived experiences of neurodivergent individuals and applying actionable workplace strategies that drive inclusion and performance.

The workshop is available in two complementary parts:

  • For Staff – Focused on building recognition and self-awareness of their unique brain styles, understanding available support, and developing strategies for self-regulation and self-advocacy.

  • For Leaders & HR – Equipping managers and HR teams with the knowledge, skills and tools to effectively support neurodivergent employees, while creating an organizational ecosystem of sustainable inclusiveness.

Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical tools, participants will leave with fresh insights, actionable strategies, and the confidence to build workplaces where all employees can contribute, succeed, and thrive.
